When will data be available on the DeedfaxOnline Web Site?

Data is available now. The data is updated monthly. If you have not yet subscribed, you may try out our Demo. If you have subscribed, the parishes covered by your subscription are available to you effective the first date of your online subscription for that parish.

Are the prices on the Web Site for Online access or the Printed publications?

Prices for both Online and Printed Subscriptions are available on the Prices page.

What is the price for an Online subscription?

What Parishes will be available?

What information will be available?

The available information is similar in format to the monthly printed publications.  However, DeedfaxOnline includes data for October 1996 through the current month.

Will the data be searchable?

Yes, the site offers the following search options:

  • By Front Street
  • By Subdivision
  • By Price
  • By District (Orleans Parish only)

In what format will the data be delivered?

DeedfaxOnline allows online subscribers with a current ID and Password to view the data on the Internet.

Will you continue to publish reports on paper?

Yes, we will continue to publish all Parishes on paper.

What payment options do you offer?

Payments are taking online via our subscription service.  We use Paypal to process payments.  However, you do not need to have a Paypal account to make a payment.  If your payment type is declined, you may need to either create an account or contact Paypal directly to resolve the matter.

What if I have an account but I cannot login?

If you have a current subscription and cannot login.  Please try to reset your password.  This link will be shown underneath the login area, titled “Lost Your Password?”. New passwords will be sent to the email account used to open the account. These emails are autogenerated so please check your spam or junk folder as it could drop into those folders.
